Your order will be processed within 48 hours of receiving it. We are closed on weekends, and major holidays - no orders will be processed during these times..

Cancelling Orders

Unfortunately orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. As soon as we receive your order, our team starts working on getting it out the door and delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Address Changes

The shipping address cannot be changed after placing your order. Please make sure you have entered the correct address before placing your order!

Returns and Exchanges

One-Time orders of Gold Vibe are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding!

Subscriptions are non-refundable. Our subscriptions are based off of bulk pricing and therefore cannot be refunded or canceled, except in special cases that will be reviewed at our discretion.
